Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

To initiate a return, contact us at info@gritfight.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Do not send anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible at info@gritfight.com so we can resolve the issue.
Items not eligible for return

Return shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@gritfight.com.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
For all orders within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — for any reason and without providing a justification.
