Shipping Area

We currently deliver to customers within Sweden, EU countries and Norway.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the payment is confirmed. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:

• Sweden: 1–3 business days

• Other EU countries: 3–10 business days

• Norway: 3–10 business days
  

Please note that these are estimates. Delays may occur due to high order volume, customs procedures (for Norway), or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Responsibility

According to EU consumer protection laws, we are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gritfight.com so we can assist you.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or undeliverable because of incorrect information provided at checkout, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund.

Customs and Duties

VAT is included in all prices for orders shipped within the EU. No customs or import duties apply to EU deliveries.

For customers in Norway:
VAT is not included in prices for orders shipped to Norway.
Local customs may collect import VAT (MVA) or duties upon delivery, in accordance with Norwegian regulations. We do not control these charges and they are the responsibility of the recipient.
